David Hays, a native Memphian, has been with the company since 2013 and works as Director of Housing Services/Client Manager for our Tennessee Public Housing and Multi-Family clients. David has extensive experience in Agency Planning and Project Planning, Development and Coordination. He’s both a people person and a numbers guy with prior experience in Operations, Management and Procurement. His attention to detail is loved by the clients he serves.

David has been married to his wife Debbie for over 40years, and they have been blessedwith4 daughters, 3 sons-in-law, and 4 amazing grand kids. He’s a graduate of The University of Memphis (1979) and is always rooting for his beloved Tigers.

Outside of work, David loves music and enjoys singing at his church as well as with the Bartlett Area Community Chorus. Occasionally he enjoys a round of golf, but most of all loves being with his family.
