Scope: The project started with the demolition of a portion of the existing office building. The proposed new addition would add 4,280 square feet bringing the total building to approximately 5000 square feet. The new section of the office included a large new entryway, lobby, a general office with front counter and space for files, interview room, one large open office, ten individual offices, two staff restrooms, an ADA compliant restroom, break room, electrical closet and a room for storage.
