Scope: Project consisted of designing of a 1,600 sqft wooden pavilion, coordinating asphalt and concrete leading up to the pavilion, as well as organizing and installing new wood composite shutters for many of the housing units in the complex. New parking stalls were also designed and laid out under this contract of work.
