Scope: Wilbanks Architecture provided only the architectural design and civil site layout for a new one bedroom quadruplex that includes an exterior community terrace, storage buildings, and porches on each unit, and new sidewalks and parking layouts. The building consists of brick and fiber cement plank siding with an architectural shingle roof and cedar trusses above the community terrace and a concrete slab foundation.
